Jacob Dalton

Town Planner

Jacob has over four years experience as a planning consultant and has been engaged in numerous statutory and strategic projects across the different States of Australia. Jacob started his career in a Surveying/Town Planning firm which gained him extensive knowledge across subdivisions with a variety of scale. He has since remained in the development assessment space and has completed projects across several fields, including master planning, industrial, large-scale subdivision, residential and commercial type development. 

Jacob continues to be primarily engaged in the preparation of development applications and planning due diligence. However, he has also recently been introduced to the drafting of Planning Scheme amendments and land resumptions.
