Rebecca has more than 15 years experience in local and state government as well as the private sector. A significant portion of Rebecca's experience within local government was as a delegate in Brisbane City Council's Development Services Branch, including their appeals unit where Rebecca was responsible for the management of Planning and Environment Court appeals. She is knowledgeable of the inner workings of local governments and the approach involved to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

She has a wealth of experience in statutory and strategic planning through her background in development assessment as an assessment manager and delegate, planning scheme drafting, policy review and involvement in Planning and Environment Court appeals as a nominated planning expert.

Rebecca is also experienced in facilitating a range of large and complex development projects, including multi staged, suburban sized greenfield development and their associated infrastructure agreements.
