Tim has over 15 years’ experience working for both local and state government predominantly in development assessment and Planning and Environment Court appeals. Tim most recently worked with the State Government where he was responsible for managing complex development applications including wind farms, quarries, large residential subdivisions and significant infrastructure projects across the entire state. Tim also has experience in Planning and Environment Court appeals from his time at Brisbane City Council and the State Government. Through his time in local and state government, Tim has developed a very strong working knowledge of State legislation and local planning schemes. In November 2021, Tim joined Reel Planning as Principal Planner in the Brisbane office. He assists to primarily provide services to local government across Central Queensland.
